The journey begins in the evening with a ceremonial welcome at Safdarjung, New Delhi, where the guests will be greeted with energizing shehnai sounds. To make the arrival even more memorable, a traditional tika and a garland will be presented to the guests, along with a welcome drink. In the meantime, you can explore your palace and get familiar with other guests. You can also relax with a drink at the bar, and dinner will be served onboard in the restaurants.
The tour starts from the very famous Hawa Mahal, followed by the Albert Hall Museum, Jantar Mantar, and the City Palace — home to the erstwhile Rajputana rulers and now maintained as a museum. Lunch will be served at Lohagarh Fort Resort, followed by an elephant ride to the fort. You will experience the prestigious fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture and capture the moments. Ranthambore National Park – the land of majestic Bengal Tigers, is surrounded by the 1,000-year-old Ranthambore Fort. The park spans 392 sq. km and serves as a major hotspot for tigers. You will also experience the rugged terrain of the Aravalli and Vindhyachal ranges, with tigers roaming freely during the day, offering close encounters with wildlife. Apart from tigers, Ranthambore National Park is home to a large number of wild species, including birds that you can spot easily. After these thrilling encounters with nature, you will be served breakfast and lunch on board the Palace on Wheels.
Chittorgarh Fort – one of the largest forts in India and a great symbol of bravery and sacrifice. This fort has an awe-inspiring and romantic history dating back from the 5th to the 8th centuries. The fort covers an area of 680 acres and can be accessed through seven different gates. Some important places include Vijay Stambh, Rana Kumbha Palace, and Padmini’s Palace, along with many kunds and temples. Begin your exploration with a visit to the beautiful Saheliyon Ki Bari, the serene garden of the royal maids, followed by a tour of the splendid City Palace, where you will witness the magnificence of Rajput architecture and view its many artifacts. After a delicious lunch at the island palace of Jag Mandir, the guests are treated to a short boat trip on Lake Pichola, enjoying the mesmerizing views of the city. Later, explore the bustling markets of Udaipur, known for their local crafts and beautiful souvenirs. Udaipur offers an enchanting blend of sightseeing, shopping, and cultural immersion, filled with timeless charm and scenery, with plenty of opportunities to explore local heritage and craftsmanship.
Jaisalmer, known as the Jewel of the Desert, lies in the heart of the Thar Desert. The golden city of Rajasthan, founded by Rawal Jaisal in AD 1156, has its own breathtaking charm. The western citadel, carved from yellow sandstone, is a captivating sight. Lunch will be served at the hotel or on board, followed by camel rides to explore the golden dunes of the Thar. In the evening, enjoy a cultural program and dinner at Khuri Resort. This experience will fascinate you with the desert’s unique beauty.








Arriving in Jodhpur, the ‘Blue City’ of Rajasthan, the journey becomes even more exciting. Founded by Rao Jodha in 1459, the city is known for its ancient history and is enthralling with its vivid blue hues and royal grandeur. Mandore, an old town near Jodhpur, welcomes visitors with a grand fanfare by the Royal Brass Band, transporting them back in time to the very essence of a royal paradise. Iconic sites in Jodhpur include Mehrangarh Fort, known for its awe-inspiring collection of preserved artifacts and breathtaking views of the city. In addition to Umaid Bhawan Palace, a rare 20th-century palace showcasing elaborate Rajput architecture, and Jaswant Thada, renowned for its serene marble splendour, guests can immerse themselves in the regal charm of the city. This is followed by lunch at a 5-star hotel.
The city of birds, home to one of the finest bird sanctuaries, will lift your spirits. Bharatpur, the capital of the erstwhile Maharaja Suraj Mal, offers a wealth of experiences. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Keoladeo Ghana National Park in Bharatpur is a nesting place for a large number of migratory Siberian cranes, egrets, waterfowl, and many other species. The bird sanctuary receives migratory birds from distant parts of the world, including China and Siberia. Guests will enjoy a delightful breakfast amidst nature.






Whenever we think about love, the first thing that comes to mind is the monument of eternal love — the Taj Mahal. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved empress, making it the greatest gesture of love to mankind. A visit is made to the Taj Mahal, followed by the Agra Fort — another UNESCO World Heritage Site and an outstanding example of Mughal architecture and history. After this, a delicious lunch will be served at a five-star hotel. Post lunch, you can explore the local markets of Agra for unique souvenirs. Dinner will be served on board, marking the end of your memorable journey as you return to Delhi, where the journey started.
The train will arrive at Safdarjung station by 5:30 AM. A delicious breakfast will be served at 6:15 AM. After breakfast, you can check out by 7:15 AM.
